Mana Supply — Denver, Edgewater & Middle River
Mana Supply was Josh’s first-ever dispensary project — a 2019 referral led to a full custom display-fixture buildout in Denver, designed in 2020 and completed January 2021. The build introduced a proprietary four-tier “master case” display, bringing product to eye level under LED-lit glass, paired with Polynesian-inspired wood tones and tribal pattern wall art reflecting the meaning behind the Mana name. The relationship continued as a repeat design-build partner: a full build-out in Edgewater, MD solving a small-footprint layout with custom display units, followed by a lighter remodel in Middle River, MD.
Our longest-running client relationship — four builds and counting: Denver, Edgewater, Middle River, and now The Reserve in Pasadena, MD.
Elevations Dispensary — Colorado Springs, CO
Remote design consulting completed before Josh set foot on site: room layout and color direction were developed off-location, then confirmed against electricians, painters, and trim crews on arrival to keep installation on schedule. The buildout centered on LED lighting as a primary design element — under-cabinet, under-POS-kick, and ceiling-perimeter LED across three walls, plus blue LED accents built into the custom POS cases — with several fixture lines finished in a gloss-white upgrade. The project was completed as scoped and paid in full.
Colorado Weedery — Grand Junction, CO
A complete Cidre House Design dispensary build-out, finished October 2023.
Dispensary Creations knocked it out of the park for us. Amazing display furnishings, outstanding planning and professional installation.

Golden Rookie — Grand Junction, CO
A full custom fixture buildout for Golden Rookie Dispensary: Custom curved corner display units, LED-lit locking display cases, a custom island top with an integrated glowing LED cube, a custom POS display, deli case, reception desk, and floating glass shelving. This was challenging designing a dispensary in a
Spark Dispensary — Denver, CO
A former bank building converted into a full-service dispensary in about four months (April–August 2022), Josh’s second dispensary project. The empty shell was measured and rebuilt in 3D CAD, divided into Retail, Medical, and Merchandise zones, with custom LED-lit floating glass shelving purpose-built for the Deli area. Josh also designed the Spark brand identity, still in use today.
We went from an empty room to a full function retail dispensary with Josh and Dispensary Creations.

The Reserve (Mana Supply) — Pasadena, MD
The Reserve is Mana Supply’s flagship dispensary, with Cidre House Design serving as designer, interior retail fixture manufacturer, and installer. The project introduced several new fixture products, including the Flower Jar display system — an industry-leading approach to product display and security. The design carries a luxury-hotel feel: warm whites, moderate wood-grain finishes, and deliberately placed black accents, creating a clean, efficient retail environment built for high-volume merchandising.
